Having difficulty logging in?
The user ID/e-mail address and password fields are now case sensitive.
If your e-mail address, as stored in your membership Profile, is 'JohnDoe@mail.com', then you will need to input it that way. It will not work to input it as

After you have successfully logged in, you may change either field to all lower case or all upper case, if you prefer for easier entry,
in the Update Profile section.
If you are unsure if your password has upper- or lower-case characters, use the "Send Password" tool to have your password e-mailed to you.
That will show you what your password looks like. (Note that as this tool requires you to use your e-mail address, you will have to use the
correct case in your e-mail address in order for the database to retrieve your password.)
